Help with downloads and printing

Find your purchase

Sign in with the account used for your purchase, then open the story detail page to download. Available to me shows your accessible stories. All Lost Ball files are free for signed-in users. Lifetime access includes future published stories.

Choose a file language

On the story detail page, choose the download language, then PDF or ZIP. Files are available in seven languages, independent of the website language. Your browser remembers your selection.

Print at the right size

• Choose the A4 or US Letter file to match your paper.
• Print at 100% or Actual size, not "Fit to page".
• Turn off double-sided printing for pages you will cut into cards.
• Print one page first to check the size and colors.
• Use the low-ink pages if you want to save toner.

An adult should prepare and cut the cards. Thicker paper or card stock makes them easier to handle.

A payment is still being confirmed

Please do not pay again. Check your orders or refresh the payment status page. After confirmation, download from the story detail page.

A file won't open

Try again with a stable connection and a current PDF reader. An interrupted download does not use up your purchase. The story detail page provides the current published version.

Order problems and refunds

For a wrong email address, a duplicate charge, a damaged file or a refund request, email hi@storytalkkit.com with your order reference from the receipt. See the refund policy for details.

Please never send card numbers, passwords or personal information about children.
