Terms of use

These terms apply when you use storytalkkit.com or buy a story pack. StoryTalkKit is an independent project run by an individual creator ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hi@storytalkkit.com.

Who can buy

The site and its purchases are intended for adults. Children do not need an account and should use the materials together with an adult.

Educational materials

We provide printable stories and activities for shared use. They do not provide diagnosis, assessment, therapy, medical advice or guaranteed results. Please use them in a way that suits the child and stop an activity that isn't helpful.

Orders and digital delivery

• All products are digital files. Nothing is shipped.
• You can buy a single story or All-Access. A single story is a one-time payment for the story you chose. All-Access is a one-time payment that unlocks every published story pack and stories added later. Both are covered by the license shown before checkout. Single-story purchases are not credited toward All-Access. There are no subscriptions.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider's secure checkout, which shows the final price and any applicable tax.
• Your files become available once the payment is confirmed. By completing your order you ask for the files to be delivered immediately.

Your license

The usage license explains how you may use the materials.

Accounts and access

Use an email address you control. Keep your account private and don't try to access anyone else's files. You can download your files again at no extra cost. We may correct or update a pack and will make the current version available on the story detail page, but we cannot promise permanent online storage, so please keep copies of files you rely on.

Breach of these terms, suspension and termination

Copying or sharing materials beyond the usage license, sharing your account, or attempting to access another person's account or files violates these terms. Printing and sharing expressly allowed by the license remain permitted.

If you violate these terms, we may warn you and require you to stop the violation. For serious or repeated violations, we may suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to downloads. We may restrict access immediately where necessary to protect other users, our content or the security of the service.

You must stop any unauthorized use or distribution. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the action taken; you can contact hi@storytalkkit.com to ask us to review it. These measures do not override rights under a separate open license or your statutory consumer rights. Any refund due is handled under our refund policy and applicable law.

Our content

The original stories, illustrations, layouts and text on this site and in the files belong to StoryTalkKit unless credited otherwise. Please don't copy or redistribute them beyond what the license allows.

Liability

We take care to make accurate, well-prepared materials, but they are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under consumer law and that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. The terms in place when you bought a pack apply to that purchase.
